About Us

Stookey Companies is a family-owned promotion business that has been in existence for over 15 years in Iowa. Our shows are juried in an attempt to offer the highest quality merchandise. In addition to ArtFest Midwest âThe Other Art Showâ, we promote a fine art show every February prior to Valentineâs Day at Valley West Mall in West Des Moines.

We welcome inquiries from prospective exhibitors and customers.

ENTRY FEES & CRITERIA

Jury fee of $25 per medium (due with application)
Single booth: $185 ($210 with electricity)
1 1/2 booth: $277.50 ($315 with electricity)
Double booth: $370 ($420 with electricity)

Corner location is an additional $35
CALENDAR

* December 1, 2009 (11:59 pm CST) â Application deadline (ZAPP online application) and jury fee payment deadline
* December 15, 2009 â Acceptance notifications (invitations) & contracts emailed
* January 2, 2010 â Deadline (postmark date) for nonrefundable booth fee check (made out to Stookey Companies & signed contract

- Saturday, February 6, 2010: 7 am-10 am
