Iowa Whitetail Hall of Fame sponsored by Knight Rifles! Each year we invite every Boone & Crockett whitetail we know of ever harvested in the State of Iowa to be part of the legendary Iowa Whitetail Hall of Fame. This creates an overwhelming wall of over 100 Boone & Crockett caliber trophies... an amazing tribute to Iowas quality whitetails. Iowas Biggest Big Buck Contest -- The biggest bucks taken in the last couple years will be on display for your eyes only. This is the contest all Iowa Hunters are striving to win, with over 350 entrants in 2005! Many different categories to compete in; if you took a trophy whitetail this year we certainly encourage you to enter! Monster Shed Antler Contest -- Hundreds of monster sheds from all across whitetail country will be display for the weekend in this great contest sponsored by the North American Shed Hunters Club! Whitetail sheds can be brought in and entered into our contest for awards and prizes creating a spectacular display showcasing the great finds of shed hunters; a fitting display for a pastime which is so quickly growing in popularity. | |

| Show Location: Iowa Events Center Hy-Vee Hall 833 Fifth Avenue Des Moines, Iowa 50309 Phone: (515) 564-8000 Adjacent to I-235 in Downtown Des Moines between 3rd and 5th Ave. Exhibitor Move In: Thursday, Feb. 28 (1:00 PM to 5:00 PM) Friday, Feb. 29 (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) There are ten loading docks and two ramps on the west side of the Hy-Vee Hall for unloading. Enter from Fifth Avenue. Standard Booth Inclusions: 8-0 High Back Drape 3-0 High Side Drape 7 x 44 Identification Sign Tables, chairs, skirts, backboards and power are not provided. You may order these items from Freeman Decorating Co. Parking Options: Parking On-site automobile and trailer parking is available in the North lot for $6.00/day for each 20 parking stall. Auto parking is available in nearby Public Parking structures where parking is $1.00 on Friday after 4:00 PM and free on Saturday and Sunday. Registration/Exhibitor Badges: All exhibitors must check in at the Show Office on arrival. Badges will serve as show passes. Three (3) badges will be provided for each booth rented. Additional badges are available for $5.00. No one will be allowed on the show floor without a badge. Booth fees must be paid in full before exhibitors will be allowed to set up. Show Hours: Friday, Feb. 29th (3:00 PM to 9:00 PM) Saturday, March 1st (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) Sunday, March 2nd (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) Booths must be occupied during show hours. Exhibit personnel are allowed on the floor one half hour before the show opens. Electricity/Telephone: To order Electrical or Telephone/Internet access for your exhibit, please click here to download the Iowa Events Center Order Form. Please complete this form and fax your order directly to the Iowa Events Center at (515) 564-8001. Food/Beverage: Food and Beverage service is available at the show. No consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted on the show floor by Exhibitors staff. Vendors selling food must obtain permission from the Iowa Deer Classic and the Iowa Events Center, call Greg Huffman at (800) 243-4111. Raffles/Contests: Non-Profit Groups must have a license. Contact the Iowa Department of Inspection and Appeals at (515) 281-3642. For Profit Groups cannot conduct raffles unless nothing of value is required to enter. Security: Overnight security will be provided on Friday & Saturday nights inside the exhibit hall. Only limited security will be in place for Sunday. Wildlife Images and the Polk County Convention Complex assume no responsibility for any property brought to the show. Liability Insurance: All exhibitors must carry Liability Insurance without exception. Wildlife Images, producer of the Iowa Deer Classic, must be the Certificate Holder and named as an additional insured party. Conduct/Personnel: Show management reserves the right to approve all products and personnel that appear in your booth and reserves the right to restrict, prohibit or remove any exhibits which are offensive or detract from the show, including excessive noise or game calling. No selling or distribution of literature will be permitted outside your booth area or by anyone who has not contracted for exhibit space. Antlers/Mounts: Replica antlers are not permitted at the Iowa Deer Classic without the prior approval of show management. Exhibitor Move Out: Sunday, March 2nd (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM) No Take down will be allowed before 4:00 PM Sunday! | ||
