| Description: | Location: Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center Do you want to feel and be well? Tai Chi Chih is a series of twenty simple movements that are slow, gentle and easily done by anyone, regardless of age or physical condition. No experience is necessary. This class at Prairiewoods will meet on Tuesday afternoons for six weeks and will be facilitated by Nancy Hoffman, FSPA. The cost is $60 for the six-week series.
