Bring on the holiday cheer with Waukee's annual WinterFest! There's so much holiday fun to have and we're squeezing it all into one great night. Bring the kids and visit Santa, watch an artist create holiday ice sculptures, enjoy cookies, and warm up with hot cocoa and delicious soup. Experience Waukee's historic Downtown Triangle and its unique businesses, and meet members of the Waukee Area Arts Council as they host crafting, stories and more.

The fun begins on Friday, December 4 at 6:00 p.m. in the Downtown Triangle where Santa will light the WinterFest holiday tree. From there, he'll head to the Waukee Community Center so the kids can tell him what they want for Christmas. While you're in the Triangle, be sure to take a tour on our old-fashioned holiday trolley to see some beautifully decorated homes as luminaries light up the night.

And it wouldn't be a Waukee festival without an element of giving back to the great community we live in, so we're holding a toy drive. Be sure to bring an unwrapped, new toy for the children in our community who are less fortunate.
