Held annually the first Friday evening and Saturday of December. Event will be held on Dec. 2-3, 2016. Santa arrives in Oelwein! Activities include pictures with Santa, strolling carolers, Steil's Studio dancers, Festival of Trees, Festival of Tables & Wreaths, Grinch contest, carriage rides, Business window contest, a holiday market and craft show at the Plaza, Life-size Candy Land Game, Mr. Nick Balloons, Kids Tatoos, Lighted Parade and more! Something new added each year! Stores will be open for holiday shoppers! Mark it on your calendar to attend each year!
