Riverssance Festival of Fine Art will celebrate its 32nd year as the premier fine arts festival in the Quad Cities,

showcasing top artists from throughout North America. Located on a scenic hill overlooking the Mississippi River in the historic Village of East Davenport, Riverssance features over 85 exhibiting artists who will exhibit fine art works.

Additionally, there is wine tasting of Tabor Wines, a children's art activity tent hosted by Rivermont Collegiate, live local music organized by River Music Experience, and great food for purchase.

MidCoast reaches out to include community members by offering admissions through 45 local social agencies. For the entire community, we'll open the admission gates at no charge for the final 90 minutes of the event on Sunday.

A public parking lot is located on the south end of Mound Street, across River Drive from the East Village. Restaurants and unique shops can be found in the area.

In addition to Best of Show ($600), 10 Merit awards ($225 each) and a People's Choice Award ($150), MidCoast also honors individuals who've affected the arts and artists in the Quad Cities during their lifetime with the prestigious Harley Award.

Last year's Harley Award honored Rachel Mullins Steiner for her visionary leadership in creating a community arts culture, her enthusiastic spirit and continuing passion for the arts.
